Payments

Payment card and wallet data is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our site.

We use your information to fulfil orders, answer enquiries, send order related updates, and run our business systems (including THERP order management).

Enquiries

Contact form submissions are stored in our THERP enquiry inbox with source marked as old-alaska.

Analytics

We may use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site performance. These tools help us see usage patterns, not to sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data with service providers needed to run the shop, including Stripe for payments and courier partners for delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfilment, accounting, and legal reasons.
