Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship Australia wide. Shipping is free on current products unless a product page says otherwise. We do not ship internationally yet.

Made to order items typically take 7 to 10 days to build, then 3 to 10 days with the courier after dispatch.

Delivery address

Provide a complete Australian delivery address at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incomplete or incorrect address, redelivery fees may apply.

Returns

Our products are handmade and made to order, often custom painted to your selected colour. Change of mind returns are generally not available.

If something arrives damaged or defective, email admin@theoldalaska.com.au with your order number and clear photos. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
